Courtney Alicea Berry
Courtney Alicea Berry is a dynamic entrepreneur and multi-talented professional, blazing her own trail with grace and determination. As the proud owner of Onealia LLC, she is expanding her brand with an upcoming clothing line, a brow service, and a podcast titled On Your Day Off, set to inspire and empower listeners.
An only child, Courtney has always embraced independence and vision. Her career spans the skies and the boardroom—working as both an airline stewardess and a human resources manager. Her work ethic and creativity continue to fuel her growing empire.
Courtney lives by the words of Jeremiah 29:11 — “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

Eleasa Coney
Elease Coney is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She is the proud owner of a medical and aesthetics clinic in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, where she provides a range of services including general healthcare and cosmetic procedures such as liposuction. Elease is a devoted wife and mother of two. A woman of strong faith, she actively serves as an Elder at her local church and is deeply committed to her spiritual walk and service to the Lord Jesus.

Deneen Cherié Jones
Deneen Cherie’ Jones is a dedicated entrepreneur, mother, grandmother, and community-minded leader with over 20 years of experience in business management, administration, and client services. As the founder and CEO of Intent2Help Virtual Assistant Agency, she specializes in supporting busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations with tailored administrative solutions. Her mission is to give clients back their time—so they can focus on creativity, productivity, and the work they love most. Drawing inspiration from Philippians 2:4, she lives by the motto: “Intentional in serving YOU.”
Deneen’s professional journey includes founding Kingdom Seeds Child Care, directing dance ministry at Higher Ground International Church for 19 years, co-owning the Kingdom Arts Family Training Center, and launching her personal training company, Transform U Fitness. Her experience also includes operational roles with organizations such as Box & Barter Moving Company, Corita Brown Coaching & Consulting, MiCHellaneous Event Planner LLC, DIVE LLC, Love Sonya Denise LLC, and others.
Now based in New Jersey, Deneen continues to lead with compassion, excellence, and purpose—streamlining productivity and empowering others to flourish.

Anita Lewis
Anita Lewis has been in the field of education for over 20 years, serving as a teacher and a counselor. She has a master's in Clinical/Counseling Psychology and is in her final months of a doctoral program in Marriage and Family Therapy. Anita feels called to minister to and encourage those who are hurting. She has a passion for sharing the love of God so that people can realize their worth and fulfill their God-given destiny. In addition to being an educator, she is a dynamic speaker. She serves as one of the ministers at her church. She also conducts workshops, conferences, and small group intensives for individuals, couples, and families on issues around mental/emotional health as a part of Solomon's Porch, a ministry she started in 2020. On the personal side, Anita has been married to her husband David for 19 years. Together, they have 4 children. She is excited to be a part of the foundation and to make a difference in the community!

Dr. Ciarra Lewis
Dr. Ciarra Lewis is a passionate educator and leader from Philadelphia with a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Vanderbilt University and degrees in Early/Elementary and Special Education from Duquesne University. She has over a decade of experience teaching and inspiring young learners from birth to third grade. Outside the classroom, she serves as a youth leader within the Church of God in Christ, mentoring children to college-aged adults. Currently, she chairs the A.I.M. Department and is Assistant Chairlady of the Youth Department in the Koinonia jurisdiction. A proud Delta Sigma Theta Sorority member and entrepreneur, she leads Momma Ci’s Learning Safari and co-owns Oh Taste and Ci Treats, L.L.C. Her mission is rooted in faith, leadership, and service, inspired by her mother, Evangelist Amanda Davis-Lewis. Dr. Lewis strives to let her light shine so others may be inspired to glorify God (Matthew 5:16).

Terry Moragne-Macon
Terry Moragne-Macon, a proud Philadelphia native, is a seasoned social work professional and community leader with deep roots in education and service. After earning her Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Community College of Philadelphia and Temple University, she was inducted into the Alpha Delta Mu National Social Work Honor Society. She co-founded the Mary Moragne Path to Excellence Day Camp in honor of her mother, which later became a hub for Temple University student internships. Terry also served as Chief of Staff at Imani Education Circle Charter School and held various leadership roles during her 20+ years with the Department of Human Services, where she exemplified compassion and dedication in child welfare.
Terry’s life is marked by a strong commitment to faith, family, and global mission work. A dedicated member of Mt. Church of God in Christ for over 40 years, she has taught, served in various ministries, and contributed to international outreach efforts, including support for orphans in Haiti and building a school in The Gambia. Married to Elder Reginald Macon, she is a proud mother to nine children and a Godson, cherishing her role as a matriarch and servant leader.

Renee Musgrove
Renee Musgrove is a retired elementary principal with over 33 years of dedication to education, primarily serving underprivileged students in the Philadelphia area. A proud graduate of the Philadelphia Public Schools, she earned her Bachelor of Science from West Chester University and a Master’s in Educational Administration from Cheyney University. Her career began in parochial schools before transitioning to the School District of Philadelphia, where she taught at Stearne and Pennypacker Elementary Schools. She later became the first Assistant Principal at Walnut Street Elementary in Darby and eventually principal at Chester A. Arthur School, now Marian Anderson Academy.
Even in retirement, Renee remains active in education and community service. She continues to support students as a per diem principal and serves with organizations including Art Goes to Schools, Phi Delta Kappa, and the Metropolitan Philadelphia Area Continental Societies, Inc. She is also a founding board member of the Teamsters Local 502 Retirees’ Chapter and advises Mt. Airy Church of God in Christ Christian Day School. Renee enjoys traveling as a certified travel agent, crafting floral arrangements, and cherishing time with her three grandchildren.

Shian Stevens
Shian Stevens is proof that superheroes don’t always wear capes, sometimes, they juggle doctoral studies, motherhood, and meetings like a boss. Born and raised in Philadelphia (with a zip code to prove it), Shian grew up in the foster care system, where she learned early on how to turn challenges into superpowers. Armed with an MBA in Human Resources Management, she’s now a people strategist, organizational wizard, and occasional office therapist without the couch. Currently pursuing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership Development, Shian is passionate about building inclusive workplaces and inspiring others to lead with heart (and a good spreadsheet). When she’s not conquering business theories or shaping future leaders, she’s raising two beautiful daughters who keep her humble and slightly sleep-deprived. Shian brings humor, hustle, and humanity to everything she does and believes that every obstacle is just a setup for a better punchline.

Lorraine Watson
Lorraine Watson is a dedicated servant leader, entrepreneur, and community advocate. She is the proud owner of Jacqui Enterprise LLC and the founder of Harvest for Hope Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to uplifting and serving those in need. With a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Lorraine has spent much of her career supporting families and students—as a student advisor and as a parent ombudsman for the School District of Philadelphia. Now retired from traditional work, she joyfully declares she works for Jesus. A faithful Deaconess in the Baptist church, Lorraine oversees a thriving food distribution ministry, blessing countless households. She is also a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose life is a testament to compassion, service, and unwavering faith.

Tomeka T. Williams
Tomeka T. Williams is a dedicated public servant, loving mother of two, and proud grandmother of five. With a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, she has spent her career serving the community through her work with the Department of Human Services for the City of Philadelphia.
Tomeka’s life is rooted in purpose and passion—particularly her mission to empower single mothers to rise above their circumstances and become the best version of themselves. She believes that every woman deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and thrive, no matter their past or present situation.
Grounded in faith, Tomeka lives by Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” Her work and personal journey reflect a deep commitment to walking alongside women as they rediscover their strength, reclaim their worth, and rebuild their future.
